Please note that using a code on your Klook purchase will automatically result in your transaction being ineligible for a cashback. It is up to you to use the discount code or receive a cashback, but it could not be both.

Returned items reported late by the merchants, and have cashbacks already credited to the user may lead to deductions in future cashback disbursements to reflect the late merchant adjustment.
Awarding of cashback or points will be done after the booking or travel activity has been consumed.
Cashback/points will be awarded in 60-90 days.
